Free Shipping
If your order total is 300 AUD or more, we will ship your order for free, no matter where you are in the world. If your order is less than 300 AUD, the applicable shipping cost will be added to your total order value at checkout.
Shipping Timeframe
We make all reasonable efforts to ship products to the address specified by the customer within two business days from our facility here in Sydney, Australia. Items for pre-order will be sent as soon as they are ready. Please refer to next availability date in product description. Delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Items are carefully packaged however, on rare occasions, items may be damaged during transit. Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Do not sign delivery receipts until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage does occur, physically write "damaged" on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as the package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Contact us within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for a damage claim.
Duties and Import Fees
The customer is responsible for any duties or import taxes that may be imposed on shipments sent. These charges are determined by the customs agency of the recipient’s country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges, and they vary by country. Therefore, we recommend that you check with your country’s customs agency to determine these additional costs before placing an order with us. Please be aware that failure to pay any duties or import taxes may result in the shipment being returned to us, and we will not be able to refund any shipping or handling fees in such cases.
